Welcome to Evergreen Campus of Care
The Evergreen Baptist Campus of Care provides housing, care and a realm of professional and support services to allow seniors to age in place. Our campus provides:
- supportive housing at Evergreen Manor for seniors who can live independently with few supports;
- assisted living at Evergreen Heights for seniors who are cognitively able to direct their own care but who have needs that can be met on a scheduled basis;
- complex care at Evergreen Care Home for the frail elderly who can no longer be safely supported at home.
We strive to ensure that all residents and tenants experience quality of life in a caring and compassionate setting.
All units within the campus facilities are subsidized by Fraser Health and/or BC Housing.
Interested persons can independently apply to the Supportive Housing program by contacting the Manager of Evergreen Manor at 604-541-3835.
Please note that due to a large waitlist, Evergreen is will not be accepting any new applications for our Senior’s Supportive Housing” program until March 2012.
Access to Assisted Living and Complex Care is made through a Fraser Health Case Manager who will conduct an assessment to determine the level of support that is most suitable for the individual. Government subsidy is complemented by a daily user fee that is determined in accordance with government guidelines at the time of assessment. You can contact the Case Manager through the Home Health Care office at (604) 541-6800.
The Evergreen facilities are nestled in a park-like setting that covers over 5 acres. Visiting hours are open and families are always encouraged to participate in daily activities. We are pleased to provide support and assistance to you and your loved one as required. There are a number of indoor lounges and outdoor patio areas for your personal and private enjoyment as well as many campus wide events in which we encourage you to participate.
